Viral Crispy Dumpling (Potsticker) Salad
If you’re like me and love quick, vibrant, and flavor-packed meals, this Viral Dumpling Salad is going to be your new go-to. This dish combines crispy, pan-fried dumplings with fresh, crunchy vegetables and a yummy, umami, mouth-watering dressing!
Potstickers (I use 2 packages for my family of 7)
Cabbage (I like to use red and green, chopped)
Romaine (chopped)
Carrots (diced)
Cucumbers (diced)
Green Onions (sliced)
Red Onions (diced)
Cilantro (chopped)
For Citrus Dressing:
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 inch ginger, minced
1 serrano pepper, diced
Prepare dumplings according to the package. While those are cooking, chop your salad ingredients and make your dressing. I use a hand blender to emulsify the dressing before adding to salad and tossing. Plate and add your cooked dumplings. Top with chile crisp or salsa macha and enjoy!
