One Pan Taco Skillet

One of the most satisfying weekday meals for the back to school hustle. 20 minutes to on the table and a choose your own adventure that will make even the pickiest eaters happy.

Taco Skillet:

  • 3# ground chuck

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Worcesteshire

  • 2 tbsp garlic

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbspdark chile powder

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 can sweet corn

  • 1 can green chiles

  • 1 can beams (black, navy, kidney, etc)

Serve with all the fixings to let everyone choose their own adventure. I like to eat it as a taco salad with lettuce and crushed tortilla chips. Kids tend to lean into tacos, so always serve with taco shells, as well.
