Creamy Garlic-Tomato Gnocchi Recipe

Not to be dramatic ya’ll, but this is the best “tomato” sauce recipe I’ve ever made and I cook for a living!

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2# Gnocchi (mine are storebought)

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 1 pint heavy cream

  • 1/4 C Butter

  • 4 tbsp garlic

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp ponzu

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp dry dill

  • 1 tbsp dry parsley

  • pinch dry dill

  • fresh basil

  • 1/2 C Parmesan

  • Salt

Saute onions garlic, salt and dry herbs and seasonings together in a heavy pan. Add tomato sauce, acids, and heavy cream. Add cooked gnocci and parmesan. Serve wi
