Chocolate Pie with Raspberries

Need a super quick dessert recipe for an after-dinner treat or a last-minute invite to a get-together? This ones for you. This comes together super quick and is such a crowd pleaser. Substitute for any berry or omit altogether. We use what we have!

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 Pie Crust (I use storebought and roll to desired size)

  • 1 Stovetop Chocolate Pudding Packet

  • ~8oz Raspberries

Prick your pie crust with a fork all over and cook the pie shell at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Make your pudding. Fill your crust and decorate. That’s it!!

If you are really in a time crunch, you can buy an instant pudding packet. I think stovetop is better from a consitency perspective, but it’s not a big deal either way.
