Spicy Deviled Eggs
12 large eggs
1/3 C Dukes Mayo
1/8 C pickled jalapeños (finely chopped)
12 Pickled Jalapeños (cut in half, for garnish)
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp hot sauce
Salt, to taste
Paprika (for garnish)
Hardboil your eggs and then immediately put in an ice bath before peeling. I boil for 3 minutes and the cover and turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove yolk and mix all ingredients together and then fill each egg. Garnish with jalapeno and paprika.
