Spicy Deviled Eggs

  • 12 large eggs

  • 1/3 C Dukes Mayo

  • 1/8 C pickled jalapeños (finely chopped)

  • 12 Pickled Jalapeños (cut in half, for garnish)

  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

  • Salt, to taste

  • Paprika (for garnish)

Hardboil your eggs and then immediately put in an ice bath before peeling. I boil for 3 minutes and the cover and turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove yolk and mix all ingredients together and then fill each egg. Garnish with jalapeno and paprika.
