Classic Smashburgers + Burger Sauce

What’s for dinner tonight? SMASHBURGERS! But, honestly while most people love a burger, we’re just here for the burger sauce. Check out our classic, super easy smashburger recipe + the do-not-miss burger sauce!

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 91/9 Ground Chuck

  • Brioche Burger Buns

  • Salt

Use a large flat pan on the stovetop to get them extra thin and smashed like a crepe. We build ours with burger sauce, chopped romaine, tomato and pickles or jalapenos.

Burger Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 quart mayonnaise

  • 2 cups ketchup

  • ½ cup pickle relish

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup hot sauce

This burger sauce recipe is shelf-stable like any other condiment, so make a bunch of it to enjoy anytime. It’s delicious on potatoes and french fries, as well!
