Guacamole

  • 6-8 Avocado (scooped and lighty mashed)

  • 2 limes

  • Zest of 1/2 lime

  • 1 jalapeno (diced)

  • 1/2 tomatoe (diced)

  • 1/2 white onion (diced)

  • Salt to taste

  • Cilanto (chopped, optional)

Lightly mash you avocado and gently mix chopped ingredients and herbs. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
