Lettuce Wraps Recipe:
1 tablespoon oil
2# pound portobello muchrooms (can aslo use cremini or baby bella mushrooms or a combination, diced)
2 cloves garlic, grated or 2 tbsp minced garlic
1 onion, diced
1/2 C hoisin sauce
1/8 C soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha, optional)
1 (8-ounce) can whole water chestnuts, drained and diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Salt
2 heads romaine or butter lettuce
